The company administrator, subject to Tribunal directions, is authorized to prepare a complete inventory of assets, liabilities, books and documents; separate lists of shareholders and secured and unsecured creditors; valuation reports and estimates for reserve prices, lease rents or share exchange ratios; proforma accounts if audited accounts are unavailable; and a list of workmen and their dues to support revival and rehabilitation decision making.
