Bar on jurisdiction precludes appeals and injunctions against actions under the companies rehabilitation chapter provisions. A bar of jurisdiction prevents courts or other authorities from hearing appeals or exercising civil jurisdiction over matters within the Tribunal's or Appellate Tribunal's powers under this Chapter, and forbids courts from granting injunctions against actions taken or proposed under powers conferred by this Chapter.
