Resolutions at adjourned meetings are effective on the actual date passed and not treated as earlier. Resolutions passed at an adjourned meeting are effective on the date they are actually passed and shall not be deemed to have been passed on any earlier date; this applies to company resolutions, class shareholder resolutions and Board of Directors resolutions.
