<h1>Companies Bill 2011: Applications to Central Government Require Newspaper Notice and Certificate of Publication.</h1> Every application to the Central Government under this chapter of the Companies Bill, 2011 must follow a prescribed form. Before submitting an application, a company must issue a general notice to its members detailing the proposed application. This notice must be published at least once in a newspaper in the principal language of the district where the company's registered office is located, as well as once in an English newspaper in that district. Copies of these notices, along with a company certificate confirming their publication, must accompany the application.
