Additionally, any managing director or manager whose agreement is terminated cannot be reappointed or act in such a role for five years without Tribunal approval, which requires notifying the Central Government. Violating this restriction can lead to imprisonment of up to six months, a fine up to five lakh rupees, or both for those involved.
