Resignation of tribunal members: notice to Central Government, with holdover until successor assumes office or term ends. Resignation by the President, Chairperson or any Member is effected by written notice to the Central Government, with the officeholder continuing in office until the earliest of a three month period after receipt of the notice, the successor entering upon office, or expiry of the term.
