of <h1>Senior Member to Temporarily Lead National Company Law Tribunal During Vacancy or Absence of President/Chairperson</h1> In the event of a vacancy in the position of President or Chairperson of the National Company Law Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal due to death, resignation, or other reasons, the senior-most Member will assume the role until a new appointment is made. Additionally, if the President or Chairperson is unable to perform their duties due to absence, illness, or other causes, the senior-most Member will temporarily fulfill their responsibilities until they can resume their duties.
