Exclusion of limitation period: time during and immediately after winding up is disregarded for company suits. For suits or applications in the name and on behalf of a company being wound up by the Tribunal, the time from commencement of winding up through the immediate period after the winding up order is excluded when computing the period of limitation, notwithstanding the Limitation Act or other law.
