of <h1>Government to Establish National Company Law Tribunal with Appointed Members for Company Law Functions</h1> The Central Government is mandated to establish the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) through a notification, effective from a specified date. The NCLT will comprise a President and a number of Judicial and Technical members as deemed necessary by the government. These members will be appointed by the government to exercise and discharge the powers and functions assigned to the Tribunal under the Companies Act or any other applicable law.
