of <h1>Qualifications for NCLT and Appellate Tribunal: President, Judicial, and Technical Members' Experience and Service Requirements</h1> The qualifications for the President and Members of the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal are specified. The President must have served as a High Court Judge for five years. Judicial Members must have been a High Court Judge, a District Judge for five years, or an advocate for ten years. Technical Members must have 15 years in the Indian Corporate or Legal Service, or equivalent experience as a chartered accountant, cost accountant, or company secretary. Alternatively, they may have 15 years of expertise in relevant fields or have been a presiding officer of a Labor Court or Tribunal for five years.
