Appointment of inspectors: firms, corporate bodies and associations are prohibited from appointment as inspectors under the Companies Bill. Clause 215 prohibits the appointment of any firm, body corporate or other association as an inspector in connection with inspection, inquiry and investigation functions under the Companies Bill, 2011, categorically excluding such collective or corporate entities from serving as inspectors.
