Condonation of delay allows the Central Government to excuse late applications or filings when reasons are recorded in writing. Condonation of delay permits the Central Government to condone late applications required to be made to it and to condone late documents required to be filed with the Registrar when such actions were not taken within the time specified, provided the Government records reasons in writing.
