Power to take custody of company property: officials must comply with tribunal requests and may use necessary force. The Tribunal may request a local magistrate or district collector in writing to take possession of any company property, books of account or documents within their jurisdiction and cause them to be entrusted to the Tribunal or its authorised person; the magistrate or collector may use necessary steps and force to secure compliance, and acts done under this provision shall not be called in question in any court or before any authority.
