of <h1>Tribunal Can Enlist Magistrates or Collectors to Seize Company Assets; Actions Immune from Challenge Under Rule :</h1> The Tribunal has the authority to request assistance from the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chief Judicial Magistrate, or District Collector to take control of property, books, or documents of a sick or winding-up company. Upon receiving such a request, these officials are obliged to take possession and entrust them to the Tribunal or an authorized person. They may use necessary force to ensure compliance. Actions taken by these officials under this provision cannot be challenged in any court or authority.
