Nondisclosure of information prevents compelled disclosure of sources when information prompted a government-ordered investigation. A prohibition prevents the Registrar, any government officer, or any other person from being compelled to disclose to a court, tribunal, or other authority the source of any information which has led the Central Government to order an investigation or is material or relevant to such investigation.
