Tribunal applications enable liquidators, creditors and contributories to seek determinations or orders during voluntary winding up. Company liquidators, contributories and creditors may apply to the Tribunal to determine questions arising in a voluntary winding up or to seek exercise of powers relating to enforcing calls, staying proceedings or other matters the Tribunal could exercise if the company were wound up by the Tribunal. The Tribunal may allow such applications on terms it deems just and fair or make other appropriate orders. Applicants may also seek orders setting aside attachments, distress or execution against the company's estate after winding up commenced, and any order staying proceedings must be forwarded to the Registrar for entry in the company's records.
