Auditor signature requirement: reports and adverse observations must be read at the general meeting and open to members. An appointed auditor shall sign the auditor's report and may sign or certify other company documents; qualifications, observations or comments in the auditor's report that adversely affect the company's functioning must be read at the general meeting and be open to inspection by any member.
