Cesser of board powers on company liquidation: management authority ends, limited solely to notifying the Registrar of the liquidator. On appointment of a Company Liquidator, all powers of the Board of Directors and of any managing or whole time directors and manager cease, except that they retain authority only to give notice of the liquidator's appointment to the Registrar.
