of <h1>Non-Specified Breaches of Companies Act, 2011 Attract Fines; Daily Penalties for Continuing Violations Enforced</h1> If a company, its officers, or any other person violates any provision of the Companies Act, 2011, or any related rules, conditions, or approvals without a specified penalty, they are subject to a fine up to ten thousand rupees. For ongoing violations, there is an additional fine of up to one thousand rupees for each day the contravention continues. This provision ensures accountability for breaches not explicitly penalized elsewhere in the Act.
