Service on foreign company effective when sent to Registrar recorded address or named representative by post or electronic mode. Service on foreign companies is deemed sufficient when a process, notice, or document is addressed to a person whose name and address have been delivered to the Registrar under section 380 and is left at, sent by post to, or transmitted by electronic mode to that registered address.
