Clause 341 - Liability under sections 339 and 340 to extend to partners or directors in firms or companies.

Extension of liability to partners and directors permits the Tribunal to apply corporate winding-up declarations or orders against associated individuals.

Where a declaration under the relevant liability provision or an order under the companion provision is made against a firm or body corporate, the Tribunal may likewise make that declaration or pass that order against any person who was, at the relevant time, a partner of the firm or a director of the body corporate, thereby extending personal liability in winding up contexts.
