<h1>Clause 430: Civil Courts Lack Jurisdiction Over Matters Reserved for Company Law Tribunals; Injunctions Prohibited.</h1> Clause 430 of the Companies Bill, 2011, stipulates that civil courts do not have jurisdiction over matters that the National Company Law Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal are authorized to resolve under this Act or any other applicable law. Additionally, courts or other authorities are prohibited from issuing injunctions concerning actions taken or to be taken by the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal under the powers granted by this Act or any other current law.
