Administrator Must Report Within 15 Days, Tribunal to Order Winding Up per Section 262(2).</h1> If a rehabilitation scheme for a sick company is not approved by creditors as outlined in section 262(2), the company administrator must report to the Tribunal within fifteen days. The Tribunal is then required to order the winding up of the company. Following this order, the Tribunal will conduct the winding-up proceedings in accordance with Chapter XX provisions.
