of <h1>Application for Waiver Under Section 244, Rule 83A of NCLT Rules 2016 Requires Form NCLT. 9 and Annexure-B</h1> An application under sub-section (1) of section 244, as per Rule 83A of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, allows for the filing of Form No. NCLT. 9 before the Tribunal. This application seeks a waiver of the requirements specified in clause (a) or (b) of Section 244 of the Companies Act. The application must be accompanied by the documents listed in Annexure-B. This provision was inserted on December 20, 2016, under F. No. 1/30/2013-CL-V.
