of <h1>Companies law waiver procedure for Section 244 clause requirements via Form NCLT.9 accompanied by Annexure-B</h1> Rule 83A provides a procedural mechanism under companies law permitting an applicant to seek waiver of specified clause requirements of section 244 by filing a prescribed application in Form NCLT.9. The application must be accompanied by the documents set out in Annexure-B, and the rule (as inserted by subsequent notification) governs the form and documentary compliance for such waiver requests, thereby prescribing the special procedural requirements to be met for the Tribunal to consider waiver relief.
