          <h1>Application for production of documents must state relevancy and use Form NCLT-15 for public officer custody.</h1> Discovery and production of documents follow the Code of Civil Procedure unless otherwise provided. Applications for summons to produce documents must be on plain paper stating the document, its relevancy, and whether a prior request for a certified copy was made and its result. Documents held by a public officer (other than a court) require a summons in Form NCLT-15 addressed to the relevant Head of Department or other authority specified by the Tribunal.
