Service of process: Tribunal permits post, courier, email or substituted service with proof and affidavit requirements. Notices and processes may be served by post, courier or to the e-mail address in pleadings; physical service may be by hand delivery through a process server or authorised representative, by registered/speed post or courier with acknowledgment, or by the party. Hand delivery or postal service requires filing an acknowledgment and an affidavit of service with proof of delivery at the Registrar. Service on an authorised representative is proper service. The Tribunal may direct substituted or alternative service and require the petitioner to deposit charges up to actual costs.
