Affidavit title requirement: affidavits must begin with a prescribed tribunal heading and include the proceeding's cause title. Every affidavit intended for use in proceedings must be titled 'Before the National Company Law Tribunal.' and must be followed by the cause title of the appeal, application or other proceeding in which the affidavit is to be used, thereby linking the affidavit to the relevant company-law proceeding.
