Custody of tribunal records rests with the Registrar; removal requires Tribunal leave but limited administrative removals are permitted. The Registrar is responsible for custody of Tribunal records and no record filed in any cause or matter may be removed without the leave of the Tribunal, although the Registrar may permit another officer to remove official papers or records for administrative purposes.
