If filed on behalf of company members entitled under subsection (1), a consent letter from the other members must be included, authorizing the applicant(s) to present the petition. The application should list the names and addresses of all members it represents and confirm if share capital dues are paid. A copy of the application must be served to the company, respondents, and others as directed by the Tribunal.
