of <h1>Rule 81 applications under section 241 require Form NCLT-1 filing, member consent schedule, and service on respondents</h1> Rule 81 prescribes procedural requirements for applications under clause (a) or (b) of section 241: such applications must be filed in Form NCLT-1 and accompanied by the documents listed in Annexure B, and where presented by one or more members on behalf of others must include written consent from the remaining entitled members together with a schedule of names and addresses; if the company has share capital the application must state payment status of calls on applicants shares; and a copy of every application must be served on the company, other respondents and any persons directed by the Tribunal.
