Inspection of records in tribunal proceedings allows parties and authorised representatives access on application and fee payment, with limited third-party permission
Rule 114 prescribes inspection of case records: parties or their authorised representatives may inspect records on a written application to the Registrar and payment of prescribed fees, and non-parties may be permitted inspection subject to Registrars written permission and any terms or conditions directed by the President by general or special order. The provision conditions access on formal application, fee payment and discretionary safeguards for third-party access, thereby regulating who may inspect tribunal records and the procedural safeguards governing such inspection.
