Inspection of records: parties and authorised representatives may inspect case records on written application and payment of prescribed fee. Parties and their authorised representatives may inspect case records by written application to the Registrar and payment of the prescribed fee; non-parties may inspect only with the Registrar's written permission and subject to terms and conditions directed by the President by general or special order.
