Petition filing requirements: submit triplicate copies, certified documents, index, service copies and prescribed fees with forms. Filings must be presented in triplicate by the party or authorised representative in the prescribed form with the stipulated fee; accompanying documents must be certified and verified from originals. All filings shall include an index in triplicate showing document details and fees and enough copies for service. Applications in pending matters must be presented after advance service on the opposite side. Memoranda of appeal require the prescribed processing fee, required envelopes and notice forms.
