          <h1>Petitions under section 45QA(2) follow NCLT procedural rules mutatis mutandis for analogous provisions in other statutes.</h1> Rule 65 provides that the procedural provisions of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 apply mutatis mutandis to petitions or applications under sub section (2) of section 45QA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and to analogous provisions in other statutes, thereby extending the Tribunal's procedural regime to such petitions.
