Company forms must follow prescribed annexed forms or Registrar-approved alternatives for filings when none exist. Rule 4 requires use of the forms annexed as Annexure 'A' for their stated purposes, allowing modifications or variations as circumstances require, and provides that where no annexed form covers a contingency a form approved by the Registrar may be used.
