of <h1>Application for calling annual general meeting under NCLT Rules requires Form NCLT.1 filing by member and ROC service before hearing</h1> Rule 74 of the NCLT Rules prescribes that any member may file an application under section 97 to call or obtain a direction to call the annual general meeting, requiring submission in the prescribed form with documents specified in Annexure B; the application must be served on the Registrar of Companies on or before the hearing. The provision thereby imposes procedural filing, documentation and service prerequisites for member-initiated applications to convene the AGM under tribunal procedure.
