Registrar may seek more proof.</h1> When an appeal, application, petition, or proceeding is initiated by or on behalf of an association, the individual(s) signing or verifying the document must provide a true copy of the association's resolution authorizing them to act. This must be submitted for verification by the Registry. The Registrar has the authority to request additional materials to confirm proper authorization. Additionally, the document must include a list of members benefiting from the proceedings.
