Application for investigation must be filed in the prescribed form and accompanied by required annexure documents. An application to initiate an investigation under section 213 must be made in Form NCLT-1 and submitted together with the documents listed in Annexure B, establishing the prescribed filing format and the required accompanying evidence for invoking investigation powers under the Companies Law.
