of <h1>Rule 90 outlines procedures for rescheduling cases when a Bench is non-functional due to holidays or unforeseen reasons.</h1> Rule 90 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, addresses the procedure for carrying forward the cause list and adjourning cases when a Bench does not sit due to a holiday or other unforeseen reasons. If a Bench is non-functional, the daily cause list is treated as the list for the next working day, unless directed otherwise. In cases where a Bench sitting is canceled due to a member's inability, the Registrar must adjourn the cases to a convenient date, with the new schedule or directions posted on the Registry's notice board.
