Listing of cases: urgent matters filed before noon to be listed next working day; bench may permit limited late filing.
Urgent applications filed before 12 noon must be listed before the Tribunal on the following working day provided the filing is complete; in exceptional circumstances filings received after 12 noon but before 3:00 P.M. may be accepted for next-day listing only with specific permission of the Bench. The rule imposes a completeness requirement for prompt listing and vests the Bench with discretion to permit a narrow late submission window, thereby regulating expedition of urgent matters and limiting late intake to cases meeting the Benchs exceptional permission criteria.
