Execution process: Tribunal issues execution process, considers objections, and may order attachment or recovery warrant. On an application under Rule 56 the Tribunal must issue a process for execution of its order in the form prescribed by the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908; it must consider any objection raised by the respondent and may thereafter issue attachment or recovery warrant in the forms provided by the Code to effect execution.
