Computation of time periods: exclude the commencement day and any final day(s) when the tribunal office is closed. Rule 3 prescribes computation of time for periods under the Act, rules, other laws, or fixed by the Tribunal: exclude the day from which the period is reckoned; if the last day falls when the Tribunal is closed, exclude that day and any succeeding closed days, extending the period to the next working day.
