Format of tribunal orders: issued in the President's name, signed by authorised officer, dated and sealed. Every rule, direction, order, summons, warrant or other mandatory process shall be issued in the name of the President, signed by the Registrar or an officer specifically authorised by the President, include the day, month and year of signing and be sealed with the seal of the Tribunal.
