of <h1>Lodge a caveat with the National Company Law Tribunal using Form NCLT 3C, valid for 90 days.</h1> Any person may lodge a caveat in triplicate for appeals, petitions, or applications before the National Company Law Tribunal by paying the prescribed fee and serving a copy to the expected petitioner or appellant. The caveat must be in Form No. NCLT 3C and include details of the authority against whose orders the appeal is being instituted. It allows service of the appeal or petition before it is taken up. The caveat remains valid for ninety days from filing. The Tribunal may issue interim orders in urgent cases.
