President's functions cover presiding, directing the Registry, reporting, transferring cases, and administrative supervision of Tribunal staff. The President shall preside over case consideration, direct the Registry, prepare an annual report, transfer cases between Benches, withdraw work or cases from a Member, and exercise superintendence and control over administrative functions of Members, the Registrar, the Secretary and other staff under powers entrusted by the rules.
