Annexures to affidavits require annexure numbering, attester endorsement, signature and designation for company tribunal filings. Rule 130 requires that documents accompanying an affidavit be referred to in the affidavit by an Annexure number, with the attester endorsing the document as the one marked with that Annexure number. The attester must sign the endorsement and state their name and designation.
