Service of notice under Companies Law requires the registry to record dates and steps taken to complete service. Rule 109 requires the judicial branch of the Registry to record in the order sheet column 'Notes of the Registry' particulars of service of notice on respondents, including date of issue, date of service, date of return if unserved, steps for issuing fresh notice and date of completion of service.
