          <h1>Order transmission requirement ensures immediate forwarding by the issuing officer and registry processing for tribunal orders and party communication.</h1> Rule 157 requires the Court Master to transmit the pronouncement order and case file immediately to the Deputy Registrar, who must scrutinise compliance, affix initials and date on the outer cover as token of such scrutiny, and thereafter transmit the file and order to the Registry for preparation of copies and communication to the parties.
