The Central Government, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, or Official Liquidator can authorize an officer or advocate to represent them, provided the officer is at least of Junior Time Scale rank. The Tribunal can request information from the Registrar of Companies for proceedings, with reasons documented in writing. Audio or video recording of proceedings by parties or their representatives is prohibited.
