        Inspection rights of members enable Tribunal application when a company refuses access to general meeting minute books. A member who requests inspection of the minute-book of general meetings on payment of the requisite fee and is refused by the company may apply to the Tribunal for a direction to permit inspection using the prescribed Tribunal application form under the Companies Law special procedure.
