Enlargement of time: Tribunal discretion to extend filing and act deadlines where justice requires recorded reasons. Enlargement of time permits the Tribunal to extend any period fixed by the rules or previously granted for doing an act, filing a document, or making a representation. The Tribunal may, in its discretion and in the interest of justice, enlarge such period and must record reasons for the extension; this power applies even after the original period has expired.
