The Tribunal is empowered to grant interim relief including injunctions or stays, award costs, and make incidental orders relating to payment of dividends or allotment of bonus or rights shares. On petitions for rectification the Tribunal may determine competing title to inclusion or exclusion from the register and decide related necessary questions.
