of <h1>Application to Reopen Company Accounts Under Section 130 Requires Form NCLT. 9 and Annexure-B per Rule 76A.</h1> An application for re-opening a company's books of accounts and re-casting financial statements under Section 130 of the Companies Law can be filed by the Central Government, Income-tax authorities, the Securities and Exchange Board of India, other statutory regulatory bodies, or any concerned person. This application must be submitted in Form No. NCLT. 9 as per Rule 76A of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, and should include the documents specified in Annexure-B. This provision was introduced on December 20, 2016.
